Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on any wigs or hair products once purchased.

  • All sales are final due to the intimate nature of wigs and hygiene regulations.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available if:

    • The wrong item was shipped, or

    • The product arrives damaged/defective.

  • To request an exchange, email info@ivhairxpression.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized wigs (special colors, sizes, or styling).

  • Clearance or promotional sale items.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please carefully review product details (cap size, lace type, length, and texture) before purchasing.

  • Once the lace has been cut, the wig styled, or the product worn, no exchange is possible.
