All sales are final due to the intimate nature of wigs and hygiene regulations.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if:

The wrong item was shipped, or

The product arrives damaged/defective.

To request an exchange, email info@ivhairxpression.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized wigs (special colors, sizes, or styling).

Clearance or promotional sale items.
Customer Responsibility

Please carefully review product details (cap size, lace type, length, and texture) before purchasing.

Once the lace has been cut, the wig styled, or the product worn, no exchange is possible.
