1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or pre-order wigs may require 7–14 business days for preparation before shipping.

  • If we are experiencing delays, customers will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping is 7–14 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • IV Hairxpression is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • IV Hairxpression is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the courier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
