Custom or pre-order wigs may require 7–14 business days for preparation before shipping.

2. Shipping Times

Standard shipping is 7–14 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IV Hairxpression is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

IV Hairxpression is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
